Return

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. All items advertised on Google are eligible for return under this policy. To initiate a return, contact support@pfoutsann.com with your order number and reason for return. After your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label that you can download and print, free of charge. Returns are completed by mail using the prepaid return label we provide. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted for incorrect, damaged, or not as described items, and for size or color changes. Contact us to request a prepaid return label. Send back the item, and once received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Partial refunds may apply for used items or items not in original condition.
